About
Aim IT was founded in 2018 and works from Dubai with businesses worldwide. We build software, run infrastructure, and maintain our own platforms in two industries we know well: financial businesses, and Internet service providers.
Most technology companies pick a side. Some write software and hand it over. Others manage servers and never touch the code. Both arrangements work until something breaks between the two, and then everybody has an explanation and nobody has a fix.
Aim IT is built the other way round. The same company designs the application, builds it, chooses the database, sets up the servers, connects the integrations and supports the result. That is harder to staff and much easier to be accountable for.
Two industries take up most of our attention, because both reward knowing the operation rather than only the technology. A brokerage lives or dies by how quickly a new client gets from registering to trading. An ISP lives or dies by whether provisioning, billing and suspension agree with each other. Neither problem is solved by a general-purpose tool.
To build reliable technology ecosystems that help businesses operate smarter, scale faster and compete globally.
To combine software engineering, infrastructure expertise and industry-specific technology into practical solutions that create long-term business value.
The team
A working system needs more than one skill. These are the ones a project draws on, in whatever combination it needs.
We do not publish staff photographs or invented biographies. If you want to know who would work on your project, ask during the first call and you will be told.
Being in Dubai puts us between the working days of Europe and Asia, which is practical rather than poetic: most of our customers can reach us during their own office hours.
Seven languages, including full right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu, treated as ordinary practice rather than a late addition.
WhatsApp, email or a scheduled call. Most conversations start on WhatsApp because it is the fastest route to a real answer.
A technology company. We do not provide financial services, investment advice or licensing of any kind.
A two-page capability statement for procurement teams, tenders, or simply forwarding to a colleague. It contains only what is already on this website, so the two cannot disagree.
The quickest way to find out is to describe the problem and see what comes back.
