What this website is

This website describes the services and products of Aim IT, a technology company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is published for information. Nothing on it forms a contract by itself.

Technology, not financial services

Aim IT supplies software, integration and infrastructure. We are not a broker, a financial institution, an investment adviser or a regulator, and we do not act as any of those.

Specifically, nothing on this website:

• offers a financial product, an investment or a trading service;
• gives investment, trading, tax or legal advice;
• claims that Aim IT holds a financial licence or regulatory approval, or can obtain one for you;
• promises trading profits, returns or business results of any kind.

Where we describe technology for brokerages, we are describing software. Licensing, compliance and regulatory obligations remain entirely with the business that operates it and its own legal advisers.

Product interface images

Screens shown on this website are product interface visuals using sample data. They are labelled as such. Prices, account numbers, subscriber records and figures inside them are invented for illustration. They are not live market data and not real customer information.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate, and where a product has not yet been released we say so plainly rather than describing it as available. Even so, descriptions here are general. What a specific project includes is defined in the written agreement for that project, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, software and product names on this website belong to Aim IT, unless stated otherwise. You may read and share it. You may not copy it for your own commercial use without permission.

Names of third-party technologies mentioned here belong to their respective owners, and are named only to describe what we work with or integrate.

Links to other sites

This website links to other websites, including those of projects we have worked on. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Availability

We do not promise that this website is available without interruption, and we do not publish an uptime figure for it. Service levels for a customer deployment are agreed in writing for that deployment, separately from this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aim IT is not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies.
